Oral Health Risk Assessment Includes Beverage Questions

The American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) has updated their Oral Health Risk Assessment tool. The new version aims to streamline and support this essential component of the well-child visit.

The Risk Assessment includes questions on consumption habits for both water and sugary drinks. It also adds an intake form to collect pertinent patient information from parents/caregivers and includes an updated self-management goal sheet that supports maintaining healthy teeth at home.
