Tell the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA), and the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) to:

1. Put strong language about drinking water in the 2025-2030 Dietary Guidelines
2. Add a symbol for water to the MyPlate graphic

Learn how to write a comment as an official representative or spokesperson for an organization

WRITE a comment of 5000 characters or less expressing why YOU support strong language for drinking water and would like to see a symbol for water on the MyPlate graphic.

PASTE your comment into the comment box.
Click on UPLOAD FILES to attach supporting documents from your files (e.g., peer-reviewed article, current research, organizational report, Op-ed, or any other evidence for USDA/HHS to consider).
