New and Multi-lingual!



Healthy Eating Research, a program of the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, has expanded their healthy beverage portfolio of resources. Beverage Recommendations for children ages 0-5 now include one-page factsheets and new plant milk guides for providers and caregivers in Spanish, Tagalog and Vietnamese.

The beverage recommendations for children ages 0-5 are a consensus product of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, the American Academy of Pediatrics, the American Academy of Pediatric Dentists, and the American Heart Association and are based on scientific research.


The Centers for Disease Control provide information on Water and Healthier Drinks in English (Rethink Your Drink) and Spanish (Mejora tu bebida). The pages also include information on sugary drinks.
